When will my order be ready?

I aim to have your order ready within a time frame of around 1-2 weeks. However sometimes this can vary. Under the current circumstances there may be a slight delay in you receiving your order. If it is a custom request, please allow time for me to order in the require fabric to complete your garment. I’ll remain in contact through the entire process of creating your order for you. 

Can I collect my order instead of Delivery?

Yes, you absolutely can. There is an option to Pick Up your order when you checkout. Once your order is ready I’ll be in contact with you to arrange a suitable collection time. 

Can I refund or exchange my items?

Yes you can pending approval and if the refund is fully justified. If an item arrives faulty etc then I can issue a full refund which should reach your account in 1-3 business days. However if there is no fault with the item then we can only offer an exchange or gift card to use at a later date. If the item has been created on a Made to Order basis then arrangements can be made to make adjustments to the garment if need be or to change sizing. Please contact me regarding this if you have any issues. Otherwise please refer to the Terms of Service in your email confirmation after checkout or in our main menu. 

Do you make maternity sizes?

This can be arranged by contacting me upon ordering your item. If you order an item and select ‘Made to Order’ on the sizing menu, I will be in contact shortly after you complete the checkout to discuss making your order to size. I can add maternity support bands to garments or make a top or dress slightly more roomy to accommodate your growing bump.
